Q: Is there a waitlist?
No waitlist, and we have staff ready to go!
Q: What are the steps to starting in-home ABA?
1. Go to our secure, HIPPA safe, parent portal and upload your name, phone number, address, and a photo on the front and back of your insurance. It takes about 24-48 hours for a benefits check to be completed.
2. Next, we book a date for assessment a few weeks out. We send an authorization to insurance for initial assessment, and this takes about a week.
3. We run the assessment. This can be conducted across a few days, times or places (to see social skills, and transitions).
4. We create a treatment plan and review with it you, including recommended prescription hours. This is a collaborative process. Once signed, it is sent off to insurance for approval.
5. Services begin!
Q: Do you provide services for older children and teens?
Yes! We absolutely do. Our emphasis shifts to social skills, relationships, food preparation, hygiene/personal care, shopping, time management, employment and finances. We utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help your child see how their actions align with their values.
Q: What are possible times session can be held?
AM Session: 8:00am-11:30am
PM Session: 12:00pm-3:00pm
After School Sessions: 4:00pm-7:00pm

This depends on your insurance, medical necessity and whether the school district allows outside providers.
